In this tour we will cover the 4most popular destinations in Kenya – Masai Mara National Reserve, Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli National Park and Tsavo West National Park. Tour starts and ends at Nairobi. With our experienced driver guides, it will be a trip of a lifetime! After exploring the bush, take time to relax and soak up the sun whilst enjoying white sandy beach days and swimming in the Indian Ocean.

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by one of our representatives who will receive and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your disposal, spend it relaxing and preparing for the exciting adventure ahead!

Day 2

Nairobi City Excursion

You may opt to have an early breakfast or packed breakfast to carry for the day as you will be picked up at 0600hrs for an early morning game drive in Nairobi National Park. You will have a full-day guided tour of Nairobi. Experience many of the city’s philanthropic and conservation highlights with a dose of history and culture. Enjoy visits to the informative and interactive Daphne Sheldrick and Giraffe Centre. You will also visit the old Karen Blixen farmhouse from “Out of Africa” fame – now a museum as well as the Kazuri Beads Factory, which employs over 300 women. Lunch will be at Karen Blixen restaurant (pay direct). You will later be transferred to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Included activities: Early morning game drive in Nairobi National Park, Daphne sheldrick, Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen & Kazuri beads.

Day 3

Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast, your professional driver guide will be promptly ready to pick you up from the hotel in the early morning hours. Following a concise orientation, you will embark on a picturesque journey towards Tsavo West National Park. On reaching the Tsavo West you shall enjoy a game viewing en-route. You shall check into our lodge and thereafter have lunch. You shall proceed for an afternoon game viewing drive and get a superb opportunity to see the descendants of the famous “Man Eaters of Tsavo”. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4

Tsavo West National Park

This is another fun filled day in this wonderful park. We shall enjoy our relaxed breakfast before we excitedly begin our panorama viewing game drive. We watch the beautiful Sunrise and how daybreak is welcomed in the wild amid the freshness and beauty of the morning. We look on as the grazers and hunters move on undisturbed by our presence. We will head for the Mzima Springs where we view Hippos, African Crocodiles, Fish and a variety of Bird species. We will proceed and visit the “Five Sisters” which is a sight to behold. We will proceed to the Mzima springs which are the source for water used by Mombasa people. At around 1:00 pm, we will have our yummy packed lunch and relax before the next adventure. Thereafter, we will have another stunning game drive En-route to our Lodge for our mouth-watering dinner.

Day 5

Amboseli National Park

After breakfast check out with a game en-route leave Tsavo for Amboseli National Park which is less than 2 Hrs. drive. You will arrive at Amboseli with a short game drive in time for lunch, check in at camp, have lunch and rest. Afternoon more game in Amboseli park which lies at the floors of Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro offers scenic backgrounds for photography. Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Buffalo etc. can be seen at the swamp area and open plains. Later dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 6

Amboseli National Park

Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives through Amboseli taking you across this vast lakebed, often dry, but still very swampy in areas. Amboseli is best known for its great herds of elephants; you’ll often find many of them standing knee deep in the water, spraying themselves to keep cool. There are a lot of other game here too: cheetah, buffalo, giraffe, many types of gazelle and other plains game and it’s all set against the amazing backdrop of majestic Mount Kilimanjaro showing all its glory. You may choose to carry picnic lunches to enjoy in the bush or return to camp for lunch then set off for an afternoon game drive. Make sure to climb the observation hill in the Southwest, where you can not only have a paranomic view of the entire Amboseli National Park, but also overlook the wonders of the equatorial snow mountain of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return to the lodge for a hot relaxing bath, dinner and overnight.

Day 7

Naivasha

Depart after breakfast for a drive to Naivasha located on the floor of the Kenyan Great Rift Valley. This fracture in the earth’s crust stretches around 6000 km from The Middle East to Southern Africa. Lake Naivasha is one of Kenya’s Great Rift Valley Lakes. Despite its relative lack of depth, it’s home to numerous hippos and hundreds of bird species as well as being an important stopover for migratory birds.
The landscape surrounding Lake Naivasha consists of an incredible mosaic of swamps (which expand and retreat with the seasons), acacia forests and the high Rift Valley cliffs. These provide nesting sites for many of the area’s bird species.

On the way, you can have a stopover & enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Great Rift Valley of East Africa. Upon arrival, check in the lodge to ease the fatigue of the journey, enjoy a hot bath and have some lunch. An ambience of peace and tranquility will be easy to achieve after a day on safari. You will later head for a boat ride experience on Lake Naivasha and a crescent island nature walk. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 8

Nakuru National Park

Take it easy today, enjoy your breakfast then check out. You shall continue your safari to the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park for a full day experience. Arrive lodge in time for lunch with a short game drive enroute. After lunch you may choose to take a dip in the pool or relax in your room as you enjoy the beautiful landscape at the comfort of your room. After afternoon tea, you will head out for an afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

The park is known for the mighty Lake Nakuru, a soda lake at the heart of the great ecosystem. This park is also a great sanctuary for rhinos and these may be encountered on your game drives. The local birds make the park special too, and it is often referred to as the birdwatcher’s paradise. Enjoy the large herds of herbivores, especially the local Cape Buffaloes among many other spectacular wildlife species. The landscapes here are very rewarding as well.

Day 9

Masai Mara National Reserve

After a hearty breakfast depart with an exit game drive, head south to the Masai Mara National Reserve – Kenya’s premier wildlife arena with a stop over enroute. Your journey will take you through the Great Rift Valley, arriving at your safari lodge in time for lunch with en-route game viewing. Take a midday rest, enjoy afternoon tea and thereafter venture into the park for a scheduled evening game viewing drive. Return to camp at dusk for hot showers, then an aperitif by the fireside with your hosts and other guests before settling down for dinner.

Day 10

Masai Mara National Reserve

Today’s itinerary is flexible and you can discuss with your guide on the previous evening and plan for today’s schedule.
You can either have a relaxed breakfast and depart for full day game drives around 9:00 AM with packed lunch and return back to lodge late afternoon around 6:00 PM. Or you can depart at 6:00 AM on an early morning game drive (This is the best time to see the animals and a good chance to witness hunt/kill). Later return to camp for breakfast and relax for a bit and depart on an afternoon game drive with packed lunch. You will stop at a picnic spot having packed lunch and later depart on a game drive till the park is closed. Around 6:00 PM return to lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

On either of the days, besides immersing yourself in the natural world on safari, you may stop to interact with the local Masai community at a nearby Masai Manyatta village. Learn about the Masai culture, practice the famous Masai jump and this will also be a great opportunity to support the local community by buying some African bead work & artefacts. You will also have the opportunity to experience an afternoon waking safari accompanied by very knowledgeable driver guides. Discover the real spirit of Africa and get up-close encounters with Africa’s iconic wildlife. You will later return to camp after an exhilarating day in the field. Take a hot bath then gather at the campfire for an aperitif before dinner is served later in the evening.

Besides daily land-based game-viewing, why not also experience an aerial view of the never-ending plains below – home to an abundance of wildlife. Depart

Relish your last day with an early morning breakfast, check out and bid the team goodbye followed by a transfer to Nairobi across the plains. You will depart with packed lunches. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will have dinner at one of the tranquil restaurants in Nairobi. This will be followed by a transfer to JKIA airport for your outbound flight back home. Both your minds and suitcases filled with unbelievable souvenirs!
