TANZANIA

Tanzania is blessed with the winning combination of unparalleled game viewing and dazzling tropical beaches. It is a vibrant and beautiful country with exceptional parks and reserves. Owing to its vastness, the country’s major holiday destinations are divided into four areas:

Below is a  7 DAYS 6 NIGHTS  TANZANIA EXPEDITION SAFARI;

Itinerary

Day 1: Pick up and drive to Tarangire National Park

You’ll be picked up from the airport and be driven to Tarangire National Park. Your accommodation will be at Kudu Safari Lodge. This park covering approximately 2600 square kilometers is spectacular in the dry season when many of the migratory wildlife species come back to the permanent waters of Tarangire River. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, eland and oryx gather to stay in Tarangire until the onset of the rains when they migrate again to good grazing areas.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

Breakfast will be served at the lodge before leaving for Lake Manyara National Park, a safari paradise that provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. Inland of the floodplain, a narrow belt of acacia woodland is the favored haunt of Manyara’s legendary tree-climbing lions and impressively tusked elephants. More than 400 species have been recorded, and even a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day. Your accommodation will be at the Kudu Safari Lodge.

Day 3 & 4: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Serengeti National Park. Serengeti is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park and famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers a remarkable game-viewing experience in Africa. You’ll arrive in time for lunch at Osinon Tented Camp, where you’ll be accommodated on full board basis. Here you’ll enjoy comprehensive game drives for the two days, a Masai Village visit and a balloon safari that goes for $550 per person.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

You’ll have breakfast at the camp before embarking on a journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is an extensive highland area along the eastern arm of the Rift Valley, with the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. Ngorongoro has been established to conserve wildlife and other natural resources. It also safeguards the interests of indigenous people and promotes tourism. Your full board accommodation will be at the Rhino Lodge.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast at the Rhino Lodge, you’ll head to the summit of the Ngorongoro Crater. Your full accommodation will be at the luxurious Ngorongoro Serena Lodge. Full day will be spent exploring the Crater.

Day 7:Departure

You’ll have breakfast and be transferred to the airport, ready for your flight back home.
